Service Description

Clear away stress, strengthen your nervous system and boost your immune system. Amplify your energy and create the life you want for yourself, all with your breath, movement, mantra, and meditation. Summary: Kundalini + Sound Healing classes are 60 minutes long and include a gong bath and crystal bowl sound healing during final relaxation. A specific focus will be placed on the fundamentals of Kundalini Yoga & Meditation. Class will conclude with a gong bath. Agenda: We begin class with a grounding meditation followed by a warm-up of accessible Kundalini Yoga practices. Students are then guided through a sequence of basic Kundalini Yoga exercises, mantras and breathing techniques. Class winds down with a gong bath for integration and deep healing. How To Prepare: Setup your laptop, smartphone or tablet in advance of the class. Students are invited (but not required) to join the class with both video and audio "on". Please login and join the class at least 5 minutes before it begins (login instructions provided in your confirmation email sent after booking). Wear comfortable clothing. You’ll need a yoga mat and a cushion to sit on is suggested but optional. Lots of water is recommended. Testimonials: "I’ve never done Kundalini before and now, I really want to come back."
