All genders identities, ages, and levels are invited to participate in this accessible Kundalini Yoga + Meditation class with a final gong relaxation. Clear away stress, strengthen your nervous system and boost your immune system. Amplify your energy and create the life you want for yourself, all with your breath, movement, mantra, and meditation. Summary: Kundalini Yoga + Meditation classes are 60 minutes long. Experience breath-work, movement, mantra and meditation. Class will conclude with a gong bath for deep relaxation and healing. Agenda: We begin class with a grounding meditation followed by a warm-up of accessible Kundalini Yoga practices. Students are then guided through a sequence of basic Kundalini Yoga exercises, mantras and breathing techniques. Class winds down with a gong bath for integration and deep healing. How To Prepare: Setup your laptop, smartphone or tablet in advance of the class. Students are invited (but not required) to join the class with both video and audio "on". Please login and join the class at least 5 minutes before it begins (login instructions provided in your confirmation email sent after booking). Wear comfortable clothing. You’ll need a yoga mat and a cushion to sit on is suggested but optional. Lots of water is recommended. Testimonials: "I love the way I feel in your class." If you cannot make the class you signed up for you can "reschedule" before class starts. If you do not reschedule, your spot will be forfeited without a refund.
