What is it?
Reiki is a form of energy healing with roots in Japan. Reiki is universal energy, and it works with the body's natural healing process to balance and release energetic blockages. These blockages are what create stress, stagnancy, pain, and energetic misalignment. Reiki flows to affected parts of the body and charges them with positive energy. As a result, you'll feel a very deep sense of peace and calm restored to your mind, body, and spirit.
What does a Reiki Session look like?
I offer two styles of Reiki: In-Person, which is on a massage table, and Distance. During both treatments, clients are fully clothed and encouraged to wear something comfortable. For In-Person treatments, I channel energy in different hand positions either on or above the body. For Distance Reiki, you will commit to being peaceful, perhaps laying on your couch while I send healing reiki to you. If you prefer, we can meet on Zoom. I'll initially guide you through deep breathing before I work to balance your chakras with positive affirmations. I'll then activate energy that is sent directly to you for healing. These sessions are intuitive and can include sound healing instruments, crystals, and angelic Reiki channeling.
What does Reiki feel like?
During a Reiki treatment, you can feel a number of sensations, including:
sensing heat from the practitioner's hands
feelings of ease and bliss
floating or sinking feelings
a wave of love washing over you
emotional release and joy
Is Reiki safe?
Reiki energy is, in essence, love and light. The facilitation of this healing energy is gentle and is generally safe for most conditions. Pets and children even benefit from this healing. However, it should not be a substitute for medical treatment and psychological therapy.
I want you to have the healing experience you're looking for. It's important we meet for15 minutes on Zoom to determine if we are an aligned match for treatment. Please email me to schedule our call.
