Reiki + Sound Healing Workshop

Reiki is an energy healing practice with origins in Japan. It calls upon Universal Energy to unblock and balance the chakras-energy centers in the body. It facilitates deep healing and supports the body's natural healing processes with bright, healing love and light. Experience Abigail, Reiki Master Teacher's healing session in a group setting at the end of your work week. Expect gentle, guided breathwork, positive affirmations, distance Reiki, and sound healing (sydnodic moon gong, crystal bowls, and windchime.) Emerge feeling deeply at peace.
