About The Event

Curious about yoga, meditation, and breathwork? Feeling stressed out and needing some new tools? Not sure where to start?  This workshop is for you. During this 75minute practice, you'll get a taste of yoga poses you can do each day, breathing exercises to clear away stress, and meditation and gentle movement to calm racing thoughts and anxiey- symptoms of an over-stressed nervous system. You'll leave having first-hand experience of each of these practices and tools you can practice during your daily life. This offering has been curated by two social workers, Abigail and Jahna, who draw from their respective yogic trainings while maintaining a therapeutic lens. They love sharing with all-levels, especially beginners.
